HOW IT WORKS
The SuperCat uses a lever-arm mechanism that multiplies force through a range of motion designed specifically for hip extension and posterior chain development. The mechanical simplicity is intentional — fewer moving parts means higher reliability, easier servicing, and a longer useful life.
